Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the end-to-end payment lifecycle for commercial and investment banking clients, ensuring seamless processing from initiation to settlement
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment transactions, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and delays
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of payment volumes, fees, and settlements using JP Morgan's proprietary systems
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) checks and sanctions screening
  • Support the implementation of new payment products and technologies, providing lifecycle expertise to enhance efficiency
  • Generate reports and insights on payment trends to inform business decisions and optimize operational processes
  • Liaise with clients and counterparties to address payment inquiries and facilitate timely resolutions
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks in the payment workflow and recommending automation solutions
  • Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards in payment operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payments processing, transaction lifecycle management, or financial operations within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of global payment systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payment networks
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software, with experience in handling high-volume transaction data
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards including AML, KYC, and PCI-DSS in the financial services industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
