Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process early-stage digital payment transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in payment lifecycles, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless payment operations within JPMorgan Chase's global network
  • Perform quality checks and reconciliations on payment data to minimize errors and risks
  • Assist in implementing process improvements for digital payment efficiency
  • Generate reports on payment metrics and trends for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all payment activities
  • Provide support to clients and internal partners on payment-related inquiries
  • Participate in testing and rollout of new digital payment features or technologies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of payment processes and issue resolutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in payments processing, banking operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of digital payment systems and transaction lifecycles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment in Metro Manila
  • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SWIFT, SEPA, or other international payment protocols
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as AML and KYC
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems or similar banking platforms
