Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new payment services for existing clients by configuring static data across multiple JP Morgan systems, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy
  • Maintain and update client service profiles, including payment instructions, limits, and routing details, to support efficient transaction processing
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies in static data, minimizing operational risks and downtime
  • Conduct regular audits of payment lifecycle data to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients to gather and verify documentation for service activations, providing expert guidance on JP Morgan's payment offerings
  • Monitor system updates and implement changes to static configurations, testing for impacts on live environments
  • Support incident management by investigating and rectifying payment setup issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices and recommending enhancements to the payments lifecycle framework
  • Train junior team members on static data management procedures and JP Morgan's operational standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments processing, client onboarding, or financial services operations
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, or ACH, with experience in static data management
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards including AML, KYC, and data privacy regulations in the financial sector
