Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or payments industry
  • Proven track record of leading product development from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of payment rails, real-time payments, and regulatory frameworks such as ACH, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
