Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for payment rails, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation in payment processing
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, iterate on features, and optimize payment flows
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory standards in the financial services sector
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate new payment technologies into JP Morgan Chase's ecosystem
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership and external partners
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product evolution
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or payments industry
• Proven track record of leading product development from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of payment rails, real-time payments, and regulatory frameworks such as ACH, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as blockchain, APIs, and open banking
• Prior leadership role in agile product development methodologies
