Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities in treasury operations
  • Develop customized advisory reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to support client treasury transformations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Payments organization to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Conduct data quality assessments and ensure accuracy in financial datasets related to payments and liquidity management
  • Support senior advisors in presenting findings to clients, translating complex data into actionable business strategies
  • Monitor industry trends in digital payments, blockchain, and real-time payments to inform advisory services
  • Assist in the development of analytical models for forecasting payment volumes and risk assessment
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing JPMorgan's payments advisory capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal JPMorgan standards in all analyses
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and refine data analysis approaches

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or payments industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, payments systems, and financial data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or Data Analytics
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in payments and treasury (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022)
