We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for our Business and Consumer Credit (BACC) payments operations in Argentina to join our dynamic legal team and support the firm's growth in Latin America. As Assistant Vice President, Legal Counsel in Payments - BACC, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal guidance to ensure our payments initiatives comply with Argentine and international regulations while minimizing risks. Reporting to the Head of Legal for Latin America Payments, you will partner closely with business leaders, compliance officers, and external counsel to navigate complex regulatory environments, including those governed by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) and anti-money laundering frameworks. Your responsibilities will include advising on innovative payment products, such as real-time settlements and digital wallets, while addressing emerging challenges like fintech disruptions and geopolitical influences on cross-border flows.
