Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytical models to provide insights into LATAM payments performance, trends, and risks
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and create dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of payment transaction data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Support project management for payments initiatives, including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment volumes, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure analytics align with regulatory standards in the LATAM region
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains in payments operations
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and insights reports for senior management in the Corporate Investment Bank
  • Contribute to the development of business cases for new payments products or enhancements tailored to LATAM markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in payments, analytics, or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R for extracting and manipulating large datasets
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, and regulatory requirements in the LATAM region
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools like Agile or Jira
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus for LATAM operations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and compliance with JPMorgan Chase standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Analytics) with a focus on financial markets
  • Prior experience in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) division or similar high-volume payments environment
