Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of analytics solutions to optimize payments business processes at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with stakeholders across treasury services, technology, and operations to identify analytical needs and transformation opportunities
• Design and implement data-driven models for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and performance analytics in payments systems
• Oversee the integration of advanced analytics tools with core banking platforms to enhance real-time payment processing
• Drive business transformation initiatives by leveraging AI/ML for predictive insights in global payments workflows
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal JPMorgan standards in all analytical solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for analytics delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in payments analytics, such as blockchain and real-time payments
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of innovation within the Payments Business Transformation team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in analytics, data management, or business transformation within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing analytical solutions for payments or transaction processing systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in payments, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and AML/KYC compliance
• Experience with large-scale data analytics in a banking environment, including handling high-volume transaction data
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology-driven business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Analytics/Data Science
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
• Certification in data analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) or payments technologies (e.g., SWIFT or ISO 20022)
• Prior involvement in digital transformation projects for global payments networks
