Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize the global transformation agenda for JPMorgan Chase's Payments business

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for business transformation, including process optimization and technology integration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles within financial services, with a focus on payments or corporate banking
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives in a global financial institution
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory landscapes such as ISO 20022
  • Experience working with senior executives to develop and execute strategic agendas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data and drive data-informed decisions
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed for global transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in-house strategy at a major bank
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies in payments, such as blockchain, APIs, and digital wallets
  • Experience in agile methodologies and change management within regulated financial environments
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to global markets, such as Mandarin or Spanish
  • CFA, PMP, or similar professional certification
