Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Payment Sales team in developing and executing pricing strategies for client deals, ensuring competitive and profitable structures
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client needs to recommend optimal pricing models for payment solutions
  • Collaborate with product and risk teams to model pricing scenarios, incorporating costs, margins, and regulatory factors
  • Prepare pricing proposals, term sheets, and deal documentation for senior review and client presentations
  • Monitor and optimize pricing performance post-deal, providing insights to enhance future strategies
  • Drive business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline pricing processes and tools
  • Conduct financial impact assessments for new payment products or pricing changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all pricing activities
  • Partner with sales leadership to align pricing strategies with broader revenue goals in the payments business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or deal structuring within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, treasury services, and global transaction banking
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools, with experience in Excel and data analytics software
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payments and pricing, such as Dodd-Frank or Basel III
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and compliance
