Key Responsibilities

• Synchronize product efforts across payments teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in payments processing, business transformation, or operational analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in analyzing complex operations data and driving process improvements
• Experience in resource planning and cross-functional project coordination
• Strong understanding of payment systems and regulatory requirements in banking
