Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex client issues related to transaction processing, error reconciliation, and system integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, technology, and compliance to deliver customized payment solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling JP Morgan's treasury and cash management products
  • Conduct regular client meetings, prepare reports on service levels, and provide proactive advice on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management policies and Canadian financial regulations in all client interactions
  • Analyze client feedback to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as system upgrades or new product launches, impacting client portfolios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry, preferably in payments or treasury services
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships for large corporate portfolios
  • Strong understanding of global payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex client inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFA, CPA, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
