Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for multinational corporate clients in the China sub-MNC segment
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in payments and eCommerce solutions, focusing on cross-border transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate treasury and finance departments
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored J.P. Morgan payment solutions to enhance client efficiency and compliance
  • Support the execution of sales plans, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and contract closure
  • Analyze market trends in global payments and provide insights to inform product development and sales tactics
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product, risk, and compliance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Monitor client portfolios to identify upsell opportunities in areas like real-time payments and API integrations
  • Represent J.P. Morgan at industry events and client meetings to promote payments expertise
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on payments or treasury solutions
  • Proven track record in selling to multinational corporations, particularly those with operations in China or Asia-Pacific regions
  • Strong understanding of global payments systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and cross-border transaction regulations
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Chinese subsidiary multinational corporations (MNCs) in Europe
  • Prior role in a major global bank, ideally with exposure to J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank
  • Knowledge of eCommerce payment gateways and digital treasury management tools
  • MBA or advanced degree in International Finance
