You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders in product development, risk management, and compliance to ensure all offerings align with Hong Kong's stringent regulatory environment, such as those governed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in corporate payments
  • Conduct market research and analysis on client needs for payment solutions in Hong Kong and regional markets
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitches for JP Morgan's payments products
  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure tailored solutions meet regulatory standards
  • Manage client relationships and follow-ups to drive revenue growth in the payments portfolio
  • Track sales pipelines, generate reports, and contribute to quarterly performance targets
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals for corporate clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging payment technologies
  • Provide administrative support for sales events, webinars, and client meetings
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies for the Asia-Pacific payments business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or payments industry
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and payment solutions
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese as an advantage for Hong Kong market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent financial qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cross-border payments or treasury services at a major financial institution
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and Greater China payments landscape
  • Prior internship or role in sales within JP Morgan Chase or similar global bank
