Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate payments sector
• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations on JP Morgan's payment solutions, including real-time payments and treasury services
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscape in Taiwan's financial market
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized payment strategies for corporate clients
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship building to drive revenue growth
• Track sales pipelines and report on key metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's policies and local regulatory standards in all sales activities
• Participate in client meetings and trade events to promote JP Morgan's global payments network
• Analyze payment data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials tailored to the Asian market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or payments industry
• Strong understanding of corporate payment solutions and treasury management
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment in New Taipei City
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Taiwan's financial sector
• Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase products or similar global banking services
• Knowledge of digital payment platforms and fintech innovations
• Prior internship or role in corporate banking sales
• Certification in financial sales or payments (e.g., AFP or equivalent)
• Experience in cross-border payments and international trade finance
