Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect cybersecurity solutions for CIB Payments Technology, ensuring robust protection of transaction data and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into payment platforms, mitigating risks in real-time processing environments
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments for new payment initiatives, aligning with JPMC's enterprise security standards
• Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints for cloud-native and on-premises payment infrastructures
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with financial regulations, including PCI-DSS and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Drive innovation in cybersecurity practices, evaluating emerging technologies like AI-driven threat detection for payments
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to JPMC's cybersecurity governance and policy development
• Conduct security reviews and audits of payment systems to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• Partner with global teams to ensure consistent security posture across JPMC's international payment operations
• Stay abreast of industry trends and evolve the cybersecurity architecture to address evolving threats in the financial services landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or payments technology
• Proven track record in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for high-volume transaction systems
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX compliance in the banking sector
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools and frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
• Strong understanding of cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in JPMC's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) or similar large-scale financial institution
• Background in payments processing systems, including real-time payments and cross-border transactions
• Familiarity with blockchain or emerging fintech security challenges
• MBA or advanced cybersecurity certification from a recognized body
• Prior leadership in cybersecurity transformation projects within a global bank
