Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Finance & Business Manager advisor to the Global Product Head of Payments Data & Analytics, providing strategic insights on financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Payments Data & Analytics division, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's overall corporate objectives
  • Oversee resource allocation, headcount planning, and expense management to optimize costs while supporting innovative data analytics initiatives
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting on key metrics such as transaction volumes, revenue streams, and risk exposures in payments processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, and compliance, to drive business initiatives and mitigate regulatory risks
  • Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, performance reviews, and development programs for the team
  • Monitor industry trends in payments data and analytics, advising on opportunities for JP Morgan Chase to enhance competitive positioning

Required Qualifications
