Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance & Business Manager advisor to the Global Product Head of Payments Data & Analytics, providing strategic insights on financial performance and operational efficiency
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Payments Data & Analytics division, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's overall corporate objectives
• Oversee resource allocation, headcount planning, and expense management to optimize costs while supporting innovative data analytics initiatives
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting on key metrics such as transaction volumes, revenue streams, and risk exposures in payments processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, and compliance, to drive business initiatives and mitigate regulatory risks
• Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, performance reviews, and development programs for the team
• Monitor industry trends in payments data and analytics, advising on opportunities for JP Morgan Chase to enhance competitive positioning
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting financial health and strategic recommendations
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements specific to financial services operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments, data analytics, or business management
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a large-scale financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the payments industry, including compliance with global standards like PSD2 and PCI-DSS
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and acting as a strategic advisor to senior executives
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools relevant to payments ecosystems

• Prior experience at a major financial institution such as JP Morgan Chase or similar
