Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and roadmap for payments data and analytics products, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in global payments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including treasury services, risk management, and technology teams to identify customer pain points in payment data visibility
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile practices to enhance real-time analytics for transaction monitoring

  • Oversee the integration of advanced analytics tools to support predictive modeling for payment flows and customer behavior

  • Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction data, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
