Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in payments or treasury services pricing
  • Proven track record in deal pricing, proposal development, and client negotiations within EMEA markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in payments and treasury services across EMEA
  • Experience working in a global financial institution with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools relevant to treasury products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
  • Prior experience at JP Morgan Chase or a similar tier-1 bank in the EMEA region
  • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as real-time payments and blockchain
