Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop tailored pricing proposals for Treasury Services in EMEA
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client needs to create compelling deal structures
• Lead the delivery of central pricing desk operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Support EMEA-wide initiatives for payments innovation, including new product pricing strategies
• Conduct financial impact assessments for pricing decisions and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Monitor and optimize pricing models to enhance profitability and client satisfaction
• Facilitate cross-border pricing discussions, navigating regulatory and currency complexities
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in deal pricing and treasury services
• Contribute to risk management by identifying pricing risks in volatile EMEA markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in payments or treasury services pricing
• Proven track record in deal pricing, proposal development, and client negotiations within EMEA markets
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in payments and treasury services across EMEA
• Experience working in a global financial institution with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools relevant to treasury products

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
• Prior experience at JP Morgan Chase or a similar tier-1 bank in the EMEA region
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as real-time payments and blockchain
• Fluency in additional EMEA languages (e.g., French, German, or Arabic)
• Certification in financial risk management or treasury (e.g., CTP or FRM)
