Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of escrow and paying agent client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing strategic advisory on payments solutions
  • Oversee the operational aspects of escrow accounts, including fund transfers, disbursements, and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and operations to mitigate risks and enhance client satisfaction
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase policies, industry regulations, and best practices in financial services
  • Prepare and present reports on portfolio metrics, client feedback, and service improvements to senior management
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to optimize escrow and paying agency structures
  • Support audit and regulatory examinations related to managed portfolios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow, paying agency, or related financial services operations
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios within the payments or agency services sector
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in escrow and paying agent services, including SEC and OCC guidelines
  • Experience with financial systems and tools used in portfolio management
  • Ability to handle complex client relationships in a high-volume financial environment
  • Certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent in financial services preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
  • 7+ years in client management roles at a major financial institution
