Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features for escrow services within JP Morgan Chase's payments platform
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in escrow product offerings
• Develop and optimize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards in the financial services industry
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product enhancements and drive adoption
• Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for clients in treasury and payments
• Support the integration of escrow services with broader JP Morgan Chase payment ecosystems, including real-time payments and cross-border transactions
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements in product functionality
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to promote product vision and gather cross-functional input
• Ensure all product developments adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
• Strong understanding of escrow services, payments processing, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Proven track record in product development lifecycle, including user research and data analysis
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial industry standards such as ISO 20022 and AML/KYC requirements
