Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions in Vietnam, focusing on payments and treasury solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FIG segment to drive revenue growth for J.P. Morgan's payments business
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor payment solutions, including real-time payments, FX, and liquidity management, to client needs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position J.P. Morgan as the preferred partner for cross-border transactions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing account management
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including AML/KYC standards, in all client interactions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, such as risk, legal, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, contributing to quarterly and annual business targets
  • Represent J.P. Morgan at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility in Vietnam

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services sales, particularly in payments or treasury services
  • Proven track record in relationship management with financial institutions in Asia-Pacific markets
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, trade finance, and regulatory compliance in emerging markets like Vietnam
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a multinational banking environment, preferably with exposure to J.P. Morgan's product suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or International Business
  • Prior experience in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) or similar sales roles at a global bank
