  • Drive automation initiatives using tools like RPA and AI to streamline investigation processes and reduce manual interventions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, and technology to enhance payment resilience
  • Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify fraud patterns and implement preventive measures
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in all investigations
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics, reporting on operational KPIs to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in payments processing, investigations, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-volume payment environments
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems such as SWIFT, ACH, and real-time payment networks
  • Experience with regulatory compliance including AML, KYC, and OFAC requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement automation tools
