Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Kinexys Coin, a blockchain-based digital payments solution, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's broader payments innovation goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for blockchain integrations
• Engage with institutional clients to understand their digital payments needs, gather feedback, and drive adoption of Kinexys Coin for efficient, secure transactions
• Monitor market trends in blockchain and digital assets, identifying opportunities to enhance product features and maintain competitive edge in the financial services sector
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch, testing, and iterative improvements
• Ensure all product developments comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies at JP Morgan Chase
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to promote Kinexys Coin, creating materials and demos that highlight its value in reducing settlement times and costs
• Analyze product performance metrics, user adoption data, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and optimize for scalability
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the firm's fintech innovation culture by sharing insights on blockchain applications
• Represent the product in internal steering committees and external industry forums to position JP Morgan Chase as a leader in digital payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on digital payments, blockchain, or fintech solutions
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative financial products in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including distributed ledger systems, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in payments processing, treasury services, or capital markets
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KYC/AML, SEC regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external partners, to drive product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan's Kinexys platform or similar blockchain-based payment infrastructures
• Prior work in developing tokenized assets or digital currency solutions for institutional clients
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha! for product lifecycle management
• MBA from a top-tier institution with a focus on fintech or innovation
• Certifications in blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Professional) or project management (e.g., PMP)
