Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients adopting Kinexys Digital Assets solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction with digital payments products
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide client feedback, influencing roadmap enhancements for blockchain-based payments
  • Monitor client usage metrics and performance of Kinexys platform to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion
  • Conduct regular business reviews and training sessions to maximize value from digital asset integrations
  • Assist in resolving technical and operational issues related to payments processing and digital asset custody
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in digital assets and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively
  • Contribute to the development of client success strategies aligned with JPMorgan Chase's global payments ecosystem
  • Support marketing and sales teams by providing case studies and testimonials from successful client implementations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record working with digital assets, blockchain technology, or payments solutions in a banking or fintech environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in digital assets and payments, including knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product management and technology implementation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
