Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Kinexys, JPMorgan Chase's payment orchestration platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and iterate on payment products using agile methodologies
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in real-time payments and cross-border transactions
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics to drive the development of scalable payment solutions
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, optimize user experience, and inform strategic decisions
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements and demonstrate product value
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the payments team
• Stay abreast of industry trends, such as digital currencies and open banking, to position Kinexys as a market leader

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial services products
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative payment solutions
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including real-time payments, blockchain, and regulatory frameworks like ISO 20022
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced financial environment
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within a large financial institution like JPMorgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kinexys or similar payment orchestration platforms
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML in payments and digital wallets
• Prior work in treasury services or corporate banking at a global bank
• Certifications in product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
