Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives for the Kinexys payments platform, driving innovation in real-time payment solutions
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing payment offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to optimize product features and ensure regulatory adherence
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in global payments
• Perform data-driven analysis to measure product performance and recommend improvements
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and shape product vision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong understanding of payment systems, fintech innovations, and regulatory compliance in the financial industry
