Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the Payments-Kinexys team by preparing client presentations and proposals
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving product solutions for payment processing
• Evaluate and recommend Kinexys product enhancements based on client feedback and market trends
• Gather and analyze data for pricing proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
• Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to develop tailored solutions for corporate clients
• Conduct market research on payment innovations to support strategic initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
• Assist in client onboarding processes, including solution demonstrations and requirement gathering
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Support the creation of analytical reports on payment solution performance and ROI
• Ensure all activities adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payments, product solutions, or financial services sales support
• Strong understanding of payment systems and financial products, including real-time payments and cross-border transactions
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as AML and KYC

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
