Your core responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and market validation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will analyze client pain points in liquidity management, such as real-time cash positioning and reconciliation, and translate them into innovative features that integrate seamlessly with JP Morgan's robust payments infrastructure. Working closely with technology partners, you will incorporate cutting-edge capabilities like API-driven virtual accounts to enhance automation and reduce operational costs. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and client consultations to identify needs for liquidity efficiency, visibility, and control in the Mexican and Latin American markets
  • Drive product innovation by incorporating emerging technologies like real-time payments and blockchain for advanced treasury solutions
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates and client satisfaction, and recommend iterative improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, payments, or liquidity solutions within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in developing and launching financial products, particularly in cash management, virtual accounts, or treasury services
  • Strong understanding of global payments ecosystems, regulatory requirements, and liquidity management practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large financial institution, with exposure to client-facing roles
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills for international stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and regional collaborations
