Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial services, payments, or related areas prior to career break
  • Eligibility for the 2026 ReEntry Program, including a career break of at least 2 years for reasons such as caregiving, personal development, or other life events
  • Strong interest in the payments industry and understanding of global financial markets
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
