Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the financial services or payments industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for LATAM markets
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, digital banking, and fintech trends in Latin America
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
