Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for payments solutions, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan's global infrastructure
  • Manage change management activities, including stakeholder communication and risk mitigation for payments product updates
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory standards, including SEC, FINRA, and international banking regulations
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, legal, and operations, to enhance payments efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs in payments workflows
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product delivery success

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or change management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading payments product initiatives, including real-time payments and cross-border transactions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, PSD2, and AML/KYC compliance in banking
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex timelines and budgets in high-stakes environments
  • Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies

  • MBA or Master's in Financial Engineering
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 bank like JP Morgan Chase in payments or treasury services
