Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle for payments solutions, from ideation to launch
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation in JP Morgan's payment offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to optimize product features and ensure seamless integration
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory standards in the financial services sector
• Perform data-driven analysis to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to promote efficient delivery
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and shape user-centric payment experiences
• Monitor competitive landscapes in payments technology to inform strategic product decisions
• Ensure all deliverables comply with JP Morgan's risk management and data security protocols
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in product delivery and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, payments, or financial services product management
• Proven track record in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including real-time payments, ACH, and international transfers
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and product optimization in a fintech environment
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as PCI DSS and AML requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Technology
