Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments rails initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to identify unmet needs in payment processing and settlement
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to design scalable, secure payment solutions
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, optimize user experience, and inform roadmap decisions
• Drive strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the payments ecosystem
• Ensure all products adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives in the financial services sector
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
• Monitor industry trends in payments technology to recommend enhancements to existing rails
• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record in developing and launching payment products or platforms in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of payment rails, including ACH, RTP, FedNow, and international payment systems
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and AML requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with blockchain or emerging payment technologies
• Prior role in agile product development environments
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• International experience in global payments ecosystems
