Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance and risk assessments for payment products in alignment with regulatory standards
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to validate product improvements
  • Contribute to stakeholder presentations and reports on product strategy and outcomes
  • Mentor junior associates in product development best practices within the payments domain

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payment rails, including ACH, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for product optimization
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product features
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as PCI DSS and AML
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and compliance teams
