Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to innovate and develop features for JP Morgan Chase's payment rails offerings
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing payment processing efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to shape product roadmaps and enhancements
• Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new payment technologies
• Monitor industry trends in financial services to promote innovative solutions for clients
• Support compliance and risk assessments for payment products in alignment with regulatory standards
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to validate product improvements
• Contribute to stakeholder presentations and reports on product strategy and outcomes
• Mentor junior associates in product development best practices within the payments domain

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services
• Strong understanding of payment rails, including ACH, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for product optimization
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product features
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as PCI DSS and AML
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and compliance teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
