  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the innovation culture within the Commercial Banking division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments domain
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products from inception to market
  • Strong understanding of receivables management, online payment systems, and B2B financial workflows
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
