This position within our Corporate & Investment Bank division involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, documentary collections, and guarantees, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of corporate clients in a dynamic international trade landscape. You will collaborate closely with global teams to align regional strategies with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to secure, efficient, and digitized financial services, leveraging our cutting-edge technology platforms to drive client value. In this role, you will lead the development of product roadmaps tailored to APAC markets, incorporating feedback from clients and insights from regulatory changes in key hubs like Hong Kong, Singapore, and mainland China. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities in supply chain finance and cross-border payments, while ensuring all products comply with international standards such as UCP 600 and local regulations from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. You will work hand-in-hand with technology, risk, and sales teams to implement enhancements, such as API integrations for seamless trade processing, and monitor product performance through key metrics to optimize adoption and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for core trade products in the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technology, and compliance to enhance product offerings
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in payments and trade finance
• Ensure regulatory compliance for trade products across regional markets, including adherence to Hong Kong Monetary Authority guidelines
• Drive product launches and enhancements, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on KPIs
• Engage with regional clients to understand needs and tailor solutions for efficient trade processing
• Partner with technology teams to integrate digital tools, such as APIs and automation, into core trade workflows
• Conduct competitive analysis to position JP Morgan Chase's trade products as market leaders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the payments organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, trade finance, or payments within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of core trade products including letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance
• Experience in the Asia-Pacific region, with knowledge of local regulatory environments in Hong Kong and surrounding markets
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in payments or trade finance
• Familiarity with blockchain or digital payment innovations in trade finance
• Certifications such as Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) or PMP
