As a Vice President Control Manager in the Global Regulatory and Data Enablement (GRDE) team, you will play a pivotal role in navigating regulatory complexities within our Payments business. You will work closely with diverse teams to safeguard the integrity of our payment systems, from real-time transactions to cross-border remittances, in one of Asia's most dynamic financial hubs. Your core responsibilities will involve leading the regulatory change management process, including horizon scanning for new regulations from bodies like the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and international standards such as ISO 20022. You will design and oversee control enhancements to mitigate risks, conduct thorough impact assessments on our payments infrastructure, and drive remediation efforts to align with evolving requirements. Collaborating with business leaders, technology experts, and compliance peers, you will embed robust governance into our operations, ensuring JP Morgan Chase maintains its reputation as a trusted partner in financial services. This role demands a proactive approach to anticipating regulatory challenges and fostering a culture of compliance within the Payments organization.
