Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee the preparation and submission of global regulatory reports related to payments operations
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving reporting requirements
  • Analyze complex payment data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in regulatory filings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk management, and technology to enhance reporting processes
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to reporting procedures and controls
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on regulatory submissions to mitigate risks of non-compliance
  • Support ad-hoc regulatory inquiries and audits, providing detailed documentation and explanations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting workflows and processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and global standards in all reporting activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or payments operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID II, PSD2, and Basel III
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in handling large datasets
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Spanish or other European languages are advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strict deadlines
  • Relevant certifications such as FRM, CFA, or regulatory compliance qualifications
