Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in fulfilling client requests for payment solutions, including documentation and setup
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of new payment clients
  • Review and process client applications for payment products, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to payment fulfillment, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of sales fulfillment activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks in payment transactions
  • Provide administrative support for sales proposals and client presentations
  • Track key performance metrics for fulfillment processes and report on efficiency improvements
  • Assist in training junior staff on payment fulfillment procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, client onboarding, or payments processing within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH, wire transfers, and real-time payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary regulatory certifications, such as Series 6 or 63, if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as KYC, AML, and OFAC
