Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end client experience by identifying opportunities to enhance payments solutions for broker-dealers and market structure participants
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at broker-dealer firms, hedge funds, and exchanges
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow JP Morgan's payments revenue in the broker-dealer segment
  • Collaborate with internal product, technology, and compliance teams to tailor solutions for client-specific needs in clearing and settlement
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends in market structure and position JP Morgan's offerings competitively
  • Lead presentations, RFPs, and negotiations to secure new business and expand existing client portfolios
  • Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes from SEC, FINRA, and other bodies impacting payments and market infrastructure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payments sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals with broker-dealers and institutional clients
  • Deep understanding of market structure, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives markets
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, clearing, settlement, and regulatory requirements in the US financial markets
  • Experience working with large financial institutions and navigating complex client needs in a high-stakes environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
