Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end client experience for real estate clients, from initial needs assessment to ongoing relationship management
  • Drive sales of payment solutions, including wire transfers, ACH, and treasury management services tailored to real estate portfolios
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, targeting developers, REITs, and property management firms
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists and compliance, to customize solutions that enhance client efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand JP Morgan Chase's market share in real estate payments
  • Monitor client portfolios to proactively address evolving needs and mitigate risks in payment processing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Deep understanding of payment solutions, treasury services, and real estate financing needs
