Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of scalable payment products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in JP Morgan Chase's payments portfolio
• Aid in change management initiatives, including the rollout of new payment technologies and system upgrades
• Uphold compliance standards by monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence in all product delivery activities
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, escalating issues as needed to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to product portfolio strategy by providing insights on market trends and customer needs in financial services
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain documentation for product delivery workflows
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate payment solutions with JP Morgan's core banking platforms
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment products and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in supporting scalable product delivery and process optimization in payments or banking systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in financial services, including AML, KYC, and data privacy standards
• Experience in resolving delivery impediments and aiding change management initiatives
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for product portfolio management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner)
