Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Supply Chain Finance solutions to suppliers of JP Morgan Chase's key corporate clients in Brazil
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier clients to identify opportunities for financing and payments optimization
  • Collaborate with the Trade & Working Capital team to develop tailored supplier finance programs that enhance working capital efficiency
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential supplier segments and growth opportunities in the Brazilian supply chain ecosystem
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of Supply Chain Finance deals, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan's global payments infrastructure
  • Provide product education and training to suppliers on the benefits of JP Morgan's financing solutions
  • Monitor portfolio performance and client feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with risk, compliance, and operations teams to mitigate risks in supplier engagements
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including participation in industry events and client workshops in Sao Paulo
  • Report on sales pipeline, deal progress, and market trends to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, supplier finance, or supply chain finance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of trade finance products, working capital solutions, and supply chain finance mechanisms
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales in the Brazilian market
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Brazil's financial sector, including compliance with Central Bank of Brazil guidelines
  • Ability to travel within Brazil and occasionally internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or International Business
  • Experience working with multinational corporations in supply chain finance programs
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's payments and trade finance platforms
  • Previous exposure to emerging markets in Latin America
