Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for Payments Technology products, ensuring seamless integration and implementation across platforms
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria for payments solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end test lifecycle, from planning and execution to defect management and reporting in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Drive efficiency improvements in testing processes, incorporating automation and best practices to support JP Morgan Chase's global payments infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards specific to financial services
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on testing methodologies and tools relevant to payments technology
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements for product reliability and performance
  • Facilitate integration testing between payments systems and core banking platforms, minimizing disruptions to live operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in financial services
  • Proven track record in leading test integration and implementation for payments or transaction processing systems
  • Strong understanding of payments technology, including SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payment networks
  • Experience with agile methodologies and test automation tools in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as PSD2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS in the financial sector
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global banking context
