Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of payroll products by identifying and overcoming operational challenges
• Manage interdependencies between payroll systems, HR functions, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration
• Participate in change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication and training for payroll process updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product delivery with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Monitor and report on product delivery metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in payroll processing
• Support the implementation of new features or enhancements in payroll platforms, minimizing disruptions to employee services
• Conduct risk assessments and dependency mapping for payroll product rollouts across global teams
• Assist in vendor management for third-party payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's security protocols
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback and recommending process optimizations
• Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction in a banking context

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in product delivery, project coordination, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing dependencies and resolving challenges in complex product environments
• Familiarity with payroll systems and processes in a regulated financial sector
• Strong understanding of change management principles and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment typical of global banking operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payroll software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms used in financial institutions
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and global payroll regulations
