Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements in a global banking environment
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
