Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of payroll products by identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll features in JP Morgan's financial systems
• Participate in change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication and training for payroll process updates
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and compliance teams to align delivery with regulatory requirements
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and budgets to support efficient payroll product launches
• Conduct impact assessments for payroll system enhancements in the context of global banking operations
• Support testing and quality assurance for payroll deliverables to minimize errors in financial transactions
• Contribute to portfolio planning by providing insights on payroll product performance and improvements
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure third-party integrations enhance payroll efficiency
• Document processes and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements in a global banking environment
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience with change management frameworks in a regulated financial setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (Scrum Master)
