Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for payroll tax process optimization, leveraging automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in payroll tax operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including IRS compliance and multi-state taxation
  • Proven track record in managing payroll tax processes for large-scale organizations in the financial services sector
