Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end pension operations, including processing transfers, contributions, and withdrawals for JP Morgan Personal Investing clients
  • Ensure seamless and compliant transfer experiences by coordinating with internal teams and external pension providers
  • Review and validate pension documentation to mitigate risks and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Provide operational support to customers, resolving queries related to pension schemes and investments
  • Monitor and report on pension portfolio performance and operational metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to maintain high standards in pension administration
  • Utilize JP Morgan's technology platforms to automate and streamline pension processes
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on pension transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the development of operational procedures for new pension products in the Personal Investing division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pension operations, retirement services, or financial services operations
  • Strong knowledge of UK pension regulations, including auto-enrolment and transfer rules
  • Proficiency in financial systems and databases used for pension management
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer data in compliance with GDPR and FCA standards
  • Relevant certifications such as Pensions Administration or CISI Level 3 in Investment Operations

Preferred Qualifications
