Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pension product strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's Asset & Wealth Management division goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and sales to ensure products meet regulatory standards
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new pension offerings
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to implementation and performance monitoring
• Engage with institutional clients and pension scheme trustees to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Drive innovation in pension products, incorporating technology such as AI-driven advisory tools
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for pension products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Pensions Regulator guidelines
• Lead product launches and enhancements, coordinating with marketing for effective client communication
• Analyze emerging trends in retirement planning to recommend product evolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on pensions or retirement products
• Deep knowledge of UK pension regulations, including Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch in a banking or asset management environment
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management in pension funds
• Experience with stakeholder management across regulatory bodies, clients, and internal teams
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools relevant to pension products

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MBA or Master's in Finance
• Certification in pension management (e.g., Pensions Management Institute qualification)
